This role is integral to our mission of delivering top-notch software solutions and driving the technical vision of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, hands-on coding experience, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Define and implement development methodologies, ensuring the efficient execution of projects.
• Work closely with Product Managers to align software development with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among the development team and other departments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus within the team.
• Oversee the architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our products.
• Track and manage key performance indicators to drive team performance and meet delivery timelines.
• Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth.Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Product Management for a software platform or product.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience and in-depth knowledge of cloud architecture with Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud technologies.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven technology skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and understand technical challenges, with proven engineering problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and stay updated on cloud technologies and product management best practices.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Public Cloud knowledge and certifications with GCP, AWS, and Azure.
  • Experience with enterprise applications hosted in data centers and public cloud.
