Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Balance Management PFS
Representative to manage patient billing and collections.
Key Responsibilities
Process payments, adjustments, claims, and refunds accurately and
timely
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denials to ensure
maximum reimbursement
Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal clients
while managing accounts receivable
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
One or more years of experience in patient financial services or
insurance industry
Strong knowledge of common office software, including word
processing and spreadsheets
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Previous cash collections experience is preferred
