Order Management Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager of Order Management responsible for overseeing the Order Management team and contributing to the Quote-to-Cash transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily activities of the Order Management Teams
Establish processes for sales order setup to ensure proper service delivery and billing
Implement SOPs and define SLAs for the Order Management Teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in contract and order management in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance, or relevant experience
Experience with Salesforce, Deltek, Conga, and DocuSign is preferred
Proven leadership experience managing a global team
