Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Request Management (LRM)
Supervisor to lead a service delivery team in a client service
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of the service delivery team and set
priorities for task completion
Manage client relationships by scoping new requests,
troubleshooting issues, and ensuring service expectations are
met
Coordinate project assignments and maintain standard operating
procedures and service level agreements
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, L&D
Service Provider, or Human Resources
Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) and knowledge of
relevant data elements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and adaptability to
technology
Experience with document management repositories is a plus
Strong customer service orientation and ability to lead a team
