As a Partnership Associate at Just Right Reader, you will play a crucial role in connecting educational institutions with our high-quality products. You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that help children succeed in their literacy journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a meaningful impact on children's education and reading development.What You'll Do at Just Right Reader

• Strategically partner with Enterprise team to deliver presentations to key school level stakeholders in a consultative and engaging manner that effectively communicates and articulates our pedagogy, research, features, and benefits.
• Prospect to priority, high potential accounts.
• Support Enterprise team member(s) with communications and lead generation.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop comprehensive strategic and creative plans that meet the needs of schools/districts and produce results for the Enterprise Team.
• Accurately maintain customer account information, track activity, enter orders and activity results within CRM and other online tools.
• Support key networking activities as appropriate to collaboratively build lasting relationships with key stakeholders that will lead to a future pipeline of opportunities.Qualifications
  • Elementary education background with preferred literacy/reading experience.
  • Collaborative mindset and relationship driven individual; interested in a rapidly growing company, with the potential of career growth.
  • Experience in presenting to various audiences both virtually and in person.
  • Must have experience in, or acumen to learn quickly, the use of various online programs for business purposes.Benefits
