Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage an
assigned book of business and assist with customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day activities of assigned accounts, including
correspondence and updates to the management system
Process renewals, applications, and submissions to carriers or
brokers, and assist clients with policy inquiries
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional
coverage while supporting audit processes
Requirements and Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty License
Bachelor's degree preferred
7-10 years of experience in an Independent Insurance Agency as an
Account Manager
Broad understanding of Commercial Insurance Policies
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and agency management
systems
