Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, IT Client Relationship
Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform staff reviews, coaching, and overall HR management for the
team
Ensure team members lead regular check-in meetings with clients to
discuss satisfaction and ongoing projects
Act as an escalation point for critical client issues and manage
communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3+ years of technical experience required
3+ years in progressively responsible management roles
ITIL Foundations certification required; ITIL Practitioner or above
desired
Microsoft MCP or equivalent certification required
Strong organizational and time management skills
