Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Manager to join
their scheduling team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver long-term workforce management strategies,
including forecasting and capacity planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective staffing and
scheduling models
Manage WFM platforms, ensuring compliance with security standards
and troubleshooting issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field
AND 4+ years of relevant work experience
Analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex data
Experience with Workforce Management tools such as Verint, NICE
IEX, and others
Proficient in SQL and data tools like Excel and Power BI
2+ years of experience in managing a Workforce Management and
development team (preferred)
