Job Description:
Selby Jennings has been engaged by a Dallas based credit fund to
hire a restructuring professional for a portfolio management role
within their investment team.The Sr. Associate / Vice President of
Portfolio Management will be responsible for stepping in to cover
underperforming credits in the portfolio and managing the
associated workstreams. This candidate will work directly with the
underwriting MD/Principal to diligence the Company's current
standing, participate in calls with the Sponsor, Company and
lending partner(s), model relevant forecast scenarios, and review
documentation to formulate a strategic path forward. The
expectation is that this candidate has a portfolio operations /
restructuring / turnaround background with experience in investment
banking, consulting, direct lending or commercial banking.
