Solution Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to generate new
business and meet sales quotas
Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition in
professional sales and audit-focused solutions
Monitor sales performance metrics and present updates to senior
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience; MBA
preferred
7+ years of B2B Field Sales or Account Management experience
3+ years of sales leadership or supervisory experience
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and targets
Proficiency with CRM applications and data analytics
