Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to
lead software development strategy and manage a large team of
software engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the software engineering
organization
Define and execute the overall software development strategy in
alignment with business objectives
Lead a team to design, develop, test, and maintain software
products while ensuring adherence to best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of
relevant work experience
At least 7 years of experience managing teams
7 to 11+ years of experience leading technical projects in a
customer-facing role
Proven executive leadership with a strategic impact
Demonstrated proficiency in business proposal methods and
techniques
