Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Application & Insights Director
to manage analytic services and drive insights from data across
various systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage staff in the use and improvement of data reporting and
Business Intelligence (BI) systems
Oversee the delivery of data analytics and services to meet
reporting and analytic needs
Lead analytics activities in support of provider recruitment,
retention, and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Relevant degree preferred; advanced degree preferred
7 or more years of relevant analytical experience required
Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience leading a team and mentoring others required
In-depth knowledge of Operational Data Base (ODB) highly
preferred
