Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical
Operations (Resourcing) to join their Global Clinical Business
Operations and Performance team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage global resourcing planners to maintain accurate data on
allocations and fill outstanding resourcing requests
Establish and document departmental resourcing policies aligned
with business goals and project budgets
Provide management support and training to ensure adherence to
corporate policy and high-quality delivery
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in clinical, science, or health-related field
or licensed healthcare professional
Minimum of 10 years of relevant clinical research experience
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide staff and
encourage teamwork
Strong data stewardship and analysis skills, including proficiency
in Excel
