Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead and
manage a team of inside sales representatives in the Americas
region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives
while monitoring performance and providing feedback
Develop and implement inside sales strategies to achieve revenue
targets and expand market share
Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential and
existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored
solutions
Required Qualifications
Significant sales experience in financial services, SaaS, or
software sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience with selling complex financial solutions or enterprise
software is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking
