Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Technical Program
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and evolve delivery methodologies for software
development, ensuring alignment and adoption across teams
Oversee execution of multiple projects, managing scope, risks, and
quality while coordinating cross-functional teams
Lead the Delivery Team, fostering collaboration and providing
coaching to enhance team skills and capabilities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in delivery leadership roles within
high-growth tech companies
BA/BS degree highly desired; PMI-ACP or PMP certification is a
plus
Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies, with a strong
understanding of iterative development
Hands-on knowledge of Jira for project management and reporting
Proven ability to drive execution and optimize workflows across
complex programs
