Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, User Experience
Research.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a high-performing, collaborative team in a
remote-first environment
Identify research opportunities and oversee research to inform
product and technology teams
Act as a strategic partner for leaders, supporting the adoption of
user-centered research recommendations
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing and developing UX researchers in a
large organization
3+ years of experience working with senior leadership
5+ years of experience conducting or overseeing UX research in
product-focused teams
Master's or PhD in a relevant field such as Human-Computer
Interaction or Psychology
Experience translating research into design and product
outcomes
