Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Professional Services
for the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high-performing Professional Services team,
focusing on recruitment, mentoring, and career development
Oversee successful delivery of Professional Services engagements
and maintain strong relationships with key customer
stakeholders
Drive the development of new service offerings and collaborate
across teams to enhance customer experience and service quality
Required Qualifications
6+ years in a Professional Services leadership role, preferably in
enterprise software, data, or cloud environments
Strong track record of managing consulting practices with direct
P&L responsibility
Deep understanding of data analytics and distributed query
technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or
related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
