Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procurement Director to assist with
the overall planning and direction of the procurement function.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop staff, including performance evaluations and
training
Implement and lead procurement strategies to support corporate and
client goals
Manage the procurement budget and resolve vendor disputes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience,
or a combination of experience and education
C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility
required
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
preferred
Leadership skills to achieve targets impacting multiple department
results
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
