Key Responsibilities
Partner with a sales director to grow market share in the assigned
territory
Hire, coach, develop, and retain top talent while setting
expectations for team performance
Engage with partners and customers to implement go-to-market
strategies and drive growth
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience, including at least 4 years in a management
role
Proven ability to coach and support team members effectively
Experience in creating and executing go-to-market plans
Ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization and mobilize
resources
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
