Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Conversion Rate
Optimization to lead their CRO efforts and drive client
success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of the team from design-focused to
conversion-focused
Develop and implement CRO methodologies aligned with customer
acquisition and retention strategies
Collaborate with sales to drive new business and upsell
opportunities through CRO initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, preferably
in B2B SaaS environments
Experience managing or transforming teams towards CRO and creating
best practices
Strong understanding of optimization tools such as Google Optimize
and Optimizely
Proven track record of working cross-functionally with marketing
and sales teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven
environment
