Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead their
engineering team and drive technological innovation in marketing
technology.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the engineering vision and roadmap aligned
with business goals
Cultivate a collaborative culture and mentor the engineering team
for growth and excellence
Oversee the development of scalable software solutions and
streamline engineering processes for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or
equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3
years in a leadership role
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing
engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in software development methodologies and technologies
such as Sveltekit, Kubernetes, and cloud services
Experience in the marketing technology industry is a plus
