Job Position: Supply Planning & Deployment ManagerPay Rate: $53.00/hrDescription:The Manager - Supply Planning & Deployment coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the mid to long-term planning of labor, inventory, capacity, and production for finished goods, WIP, and raw materials. Ensure plans are in line with monthly S&OP commitments per the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan. This role will report to the Senior Director of Procurement and Business Integration.RESPONSIBILITIES--- Collaborate with other departments to identify and maintain labor and resources needed to provide efficient and feasible plans.--- Develop and own capacity, inventory, labor, and purchase plans with close supply chain and operation leadership collaboration.--- Develop and own safety stock targets to support service levels with close supply chain and sales leadership collaboration.--- Oversee supply planning across the Madix network locations and work centers, including all inter-company transfers.--- Establish performance metrics for measuring, comparing, or evaluating factors affecting supply, production, capacity, inventory, and inter-company transfer planning.--- Develop and maintain detailed inventory targets of materials and supplies in all locations and sites to support customer service levels.--- Give guidance and best practices to Plant Supply Chain and Operations to optimize production through lean, level loading, and postponement where applicable.--- Participate as an advisory member of the new product development team, providing information and guidance on the availability and cost of supplies and materials.--- Coordinate engineering changes and new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and capacity availability.--- Monitor and measure adherence to production and purchase plans as defined in the S&OP process. Provide necessary feedback, guidance, recovery, and action plans when demand exceeds available capacity.--- Drive inventory management strategies such as MTS/MTO/Postponement and production planning,--- Drive inventory management, production planning, and scheduling data modeling and analytics.--- Performs other related duties as assigned.KEY RESULT AREAS--- Service Level--- Inventory turns & safety stock levels--- Production and capacity adherence to the plan--- Supplier adherence to the plan--- Asset utilizationQUALIFICATIONS--- A BS degree is required. A degree in engineering, supply chain, equivalent, ASCM / APICS certification is desired.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE--- Five plus years of experiences as a Planning Manager or Master Scheduler is requiredDESIRED EXPERIENCE--- Owning or facilitating a monthly SIOP process--- Supply Chain modules within an ERP system--- Creating, developing or implementing a robust Supply Chain--- Lean Six-SigmaSKILLS--- Strong MS Excel Skills--- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.--- Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.--- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.--- Thorough understanding of the company or equivalent products and logistics.--- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.--- SAP experience in S&OP process is preferred@IN9014@ZR9014@TAL9014
