and Paid Time Off.Job SummaryUnder the general direction of the
Regional E-Commerce Manager, the Assistant Regional E-Commerce
Manager is responsible for managing the digital marketing platform
and online sales; supports the E-Commerce team to maintain
productivity goals and ensures acceptable quality of work performed
by employees; trains new employees on all aspects of the E-Commerce
program; provides guidance and individual trainings to employees to
help improve their work performance; processes E-Commerce products,
tracks and records product production output and product inventory,
and updates reports. Supervises employees during the absence of the
Regional E-Commerce Manager; provides customer service support to
customers and adheres to all Salvation Army policies and
procedures.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of general
arithmetic (adding/subtracting). Knowledge of Microsoft 365
(Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel). Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work well with others in a close office environment.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Ability to continually provide feedback for process
improvements.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED and
two years' experience working in E-Commerce or retail environment
with at least one year of management or supervisory experience and
inventory management, or any equivalent combination of training and
experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and
abilities.Licenses and CertificationsNonePhysical Requirements and
Working ConditionsAbility to meet attendance requirements. Ability
to key punch information into a computer. Ability to work in a
warehouse environment. Ability to lift merchandise up to 30 pounds
in weight. Ability to push and/or pull merchandise up to 200 lbs.
using warehouse equipment. Ability to read, write, and communicate
the English language. Ability to perform mathematical calculations
with accuracy. Work is performed in a warehouse environment with
exposure to various temperature extremes (hot in summer, cold in
winter) or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and other
