Data.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of statisticians and data scientists
Lead the development, validation, and monitoring of statistical
models
Implement and deploy real-time and batch models while ensuring
successful execution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on model
building
3+ years of experience in the online consumer lending industry
2+ years of direct people management experience
Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as data science,
mathematics, or statistics
Expertise in data manipulation and statistical analysis tools like
Python, R, and SQL
