  • Reason for need: 7 open FTE's across the program
  • Shift Coverage: 7a - 4p, 7a - 7a
  • Permanent Hire
  • Beds in Facility: 603
  • Board Certified Required
  • Active TX License Required
  • NRP - Required
  • NICU Bed Size: 40
  • Average Daily Census: 23
  • 2500+ annual births
  • C-Section Rate: only attend high risk sections
  • Midlevel: NNPs in-house 24/7
  • EMR: PremiEHR/Patient Keeper
  • PICU/NICU Level: NICU Level III, IV
  • Daily Patient Load Per Clinician: 6 - 16 patients depending on facility
  • Patients Per Hour: 4 depending on census and acuity
  • No Call
  • Weekend Required
  • Minimum Number of Shifts Per Month: 6 -7 shifts per month for f/t provider
  • All NNP candidates will be credentialed and work at all 7 locations
  • Neo's are in-house 24 hour
