About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital, a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to patients in need of continued recovery.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to address unique needs.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to initiate and implement evidence-based nursing interventions.
  
• Deliver high-quality patient care that is tailored to the individual's condition and age.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care.
  
• Participate in the development and revision of Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient.
  
• Perform quality improvement assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
