Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Manager to support and
manage an interdisciplinary team in delivering high-quality patient
care.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise interdisciplinary team members and conduct annual
reviews
Ensure adequate patient care coverage and manage clinical quality
initiatives
Collaborate with providers to enhance patient care and implement
process improvements
Required Qualifications
Current California RN license required, with ability to obtain
additional state licensure
5+ years in direct care delivery as a RN or MSW
2+ years of experience in palliative care, hospice care, or complex
care management
2+ years of people management experience
Strong understanding of cultural competency with the target
population
