Job Summary JOB SNAPSHOTJob Title: High End Security Officer Location: DallasEnvironment: Commercial Building Pay Rate: $18.00General Job Functions: Great Customer Service, Must be vigilant and able to deal with high volume of clients/customers. Duties include monitoring cctvs, answering phones, directing and escorting visitors, etc- Must be 21+ and have D.L, Position requires the completion of hourly scans around the property. • Patrol Interior and Exterior of property on foot
• Awesome Customer Service General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
  • Respond quickly to critical situations
  • Ability to read and write detailed reports
  • Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standardsQUALIFICATIONSQualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
    • At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
    • 1 year of security or related experience preferred
    • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass MVR
    • Superior customer service skills REQUIREDGeneral Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
      • Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
      • Pass an extensive screening process
      • Concierge experience strongly preferredTX License# B07179
