Key Responsibilities
Develop customized, data-driven recruitment marketing strategies
based on client needs and objectives
Design and implement tailored CRM marketing campaigns and oversee
content creation for clients
Utilize analytics to measure the success of recruitment marketing
initiatives and provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in a senior recruitment marketing or employer
brand role
5+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting roles with a clear
understanding of the end-to-end process
Demonstrated experience in consulting and stakeholder management
within matrixed environments
Proven experience in developing CRM strategies and executing email
marketing campaigns
Proficiency in recruitment marketing tools and tactics across the
candidate journey
