Counseling and Guidance:Provide individualized career counseling to
help service members identify and pursue civilian career
goals.Conduct workshops on resume writing, interview preparation,
and job search strategies.Event Planning and Facilitation:Organize
and lead career fairs, networking events, and employer engagement
activities.Facilitate group sessions to educate participants on
transition resources and opportunities.Employer and Community
Outreach:Build and maintain relationships with employers to connect
participants with job opportunities.Partner with community
organizations and agencies to expand support networks for service
members.Program Administration and Compliance:Maintain detailed
records of participant progress and program outcomes in compliance
based on structured guidelines.Ensure all activities align with
program standards and meet reporting requirements.Market Research
and Resource Development:Stay informed concerning employment trends
and labor market requirements.Develop and maintain up-to-date
resource materials to assist participants in their transition
journey.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Education:Bachelor's degree in
business administration or related field (master's preferred).
Experience:At least three (3) years' experience in
recruiting.Experience recruiting for OCONUS/CONUS or government
contracting roles preferred.Familiarity with security clearance
processes; federal contract compliance preferred.Proven success in
managing recruitment activities in fast-paced, high-volume
environments. Skills & Competencies:Technical Skills:Proficient in
ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.Skilled in
recruiting for security clearance and federal contract
roles.Candidate Engagement:Experienced in building relationships
and guiding transitioning military personnel into corporate and
business environmentsStrong in candidate communication and
negotiation to secure top talent.Compliance Knowledge:In-depth
understanding of OFCCP, DCAA, and federal contracting
regulations.Familiar with security clearance processes and
compliance standards.Organizational Excellence:Highly organized
with ability to manage multiple requisitions
effectively.Results-driven, tracking metrics to optimize
recruitment strategies.WORK CONDITIONS:Work Environment:Fast-paced,
on-site work environment focused on meeting recruitment goals for
transitioning military personnel.Role involves interacting with
service members and employers, requiring a high level of engagement
and adaptability.Schedule:Full-time position, typically Monday
through Friday, with occasional extended hours based on project
requirements. Physical Requirements:Primarily office-based with
moderate desk work, computer use, and occasional physical tasks
such as setting up for events.Ability to sit for extended periods
and lift materials up to twenty (20) lbs. may be required.WHAT YOU
