• 8 to 10 years of Quality Assurance industry experience with significant experience leading multiple software development testing efforts.
  • Hands-on practical experience : In delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Ability to translate functional requirements to technical design and requirements.
    • on XCUIT and Espressio for iOS and Android testing, Xcode and Android Studio for mobile app development and testing.
      • in Mobile Automation with Appium hands-on experience. Core Java, Python, Object Oriented Programming, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, Micro Services, Cloud Native, DevOps and Test-Driven Development
        • in Agile Methodology, BDD / TDD - Behavior Driven Development/ Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration model development and build tools : IntelliJ/Eclipse, Jenkins/Jules, Maven, BitBucket/Git.
          • End to End testing suites like Selenium, CypressJS, Automation Framework design on enterprise applications
            • with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo and TeamCity
              • Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL )
                • working with cloud deployments using AWS, Azure, or CloudFoundry and Hands on experience with AWS
                  • Knowledge on feature management tools like SplitlO to manage feature flags and conduct A/B testing.
                    • Must understand applications with Web services based implementation - REST based
                      • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and strong understanding of Agile methodology and leveraging tools to improve development and testing efficiency (JIRA, GIT, JUnit, Karate)
                        • Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, design patterns, and continuous delivery principles
                          • Good Project Management and Stakeholder Management experience and ability to guide Automation Testers on Frameworks and Automation Standards
                            • Ability to conduct code reviews, provide timely feedback, and collaborate closely with technology & the business
                              • Ability to identify automation opportunities & report on automation execution and effort estimation
                                • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
                                  • Financial services experience and experience with other programing language such as Kotlin or Swift.
                                    • Experience with Appium, Xcuit test, Accessibility Testing (ADA Testing on Web & Mobile Native Apps) is a plus
                                      • Proficient in Cloud and Container based development (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus Roles & Responsibilities

                                          • Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
                                            • Drives decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes
                                              • Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
                                                • Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle
                                                  • Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies
