Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator - Consumer Direct.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial status, credit, and property evaluations to assess loan feasibility
Educate customers on loan options and assist with the loan application process
Collaborate with various teams to ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications and Training

High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Loan Originator required
Possession or ability to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license per the SAFE Act
Solid foundation of mortgage experience required
Demonstrated history of self-motivation and initiative
