Responsibilities: - Source new business through networking, meetings, telesales, and canvassing - Develop, manage and maintain existing relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys, accountants and other real estate professionals to generate future business opportunities - Liaise with in-house counsel and borrowers on active deals - Evaluate and underwrite real estate (will train) - Tour real estate
Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in investment or residential sales, real estate lending or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
