A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Creator Growth to
join their Creator Growth team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify high-potential creators across various platforms to align
with brand partners
Lead targeted outreach efforts to creators with tailored
messaging
Track and manage outreach efforts in the CRM, monitoring metrics
and reporting insights
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or creator
management
Demonstrated success in lead generation and outbound outreach
Experience using CRM systems and outreach tools
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
simultaneously
Familiarity with the creator economy and social media platforms is
a plus
