    • The hospital operates as an open ICU, Level III Trauma, with 414 beds.
    • Our team comprises 28 physicians and 2 APPs. We follow a schedule of seven days on/off (12-hour shifts).
    • Our current staffing model includes 12 daytime physicians, one swing shift, two nocturnists, and one night APP.
    • Total 12 admissions per shift (including at least two admissions done by resident service).
    • Precept family medicine residents.
    • Supervise NPs/PAs and co-sign their notes.
    • Respond to rapid responses (no code response required).
    • Work in a closed ICU (ICU team available at night for response).
    • We utilize Cerner, which has access to our own internal informatics platform.
    • Compensation for a day shift rate is $1519, swing shift is $1519, and night shift is $1860.
    • Eligible for both productivity and quality bonuses, with a potential total of up to $25,000.
    • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
    • We accept both internal medicine and family medicine candidates for the role. Purpose
      • Many team members serve on various committees, such as the medical executive, utilization management, quality review, sepsis, and stroke.
