Job Description:

The MRI Technologist performs quality Magnetic Resonance Imaging through advanced technical knowledge while maintaining patient care. The MRI Technologist provides expertise for all ages from neonatal/newborn to adults with patient acuity ranging from stable outpatients to critically ill patients on full life support.

• Requirements:
• Associate's degree required
• Graduation from accredited program in Radiological Technology
• 2-3 years MRI experience preferred
• Pediatric experience is desirable
• Possess a level of clinical expertise and competency in cross sectional anatomy
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to handle critical care situations which can create a high level of stress
• Must have either: ARRT (RT) (MRI), TMB Licensure within 90 days. ARRT(MR), TMB not required. ARMRIT, TMB not required
• CPR - BLS required
