Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Officer to support its Title
team in the residential real estate space.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and borrowers to resolve title
insurability issues
Review title commitments and analyze records to confirm ownership
and identify legal restrictions
Prepare title policies and closing documents while ensuring
compliance with state guidelines
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of title-related real estate experience, with at least 2
years in title examination
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for customer service with a professional attitude
Knowledge of MS Office suite and adaptability to new software
applications
High School diploma or equivalent
