Job Description:
A company is looking for an Integrated Care Intake Specialist I
to manage incoming alerts and referrals from the Ohio Department of
Medicaid.
Key Responsibilities
Complete activities related to alerts/referrals in accordance with
established timeframes
Ensure updates are made in the clinical documentation system and
manage Specialized Recovery Services Plan tasks
Assist with billing activities and handle MyCare
Transfers/Disenrollments as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare environment
is required
Managed care experience is preferred
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Working knowledge of Ohio Department of Medicaid's systems
preferred
