Job Description:
A company is looking for a Music Operations Coordinator to
oversee a dynamic library of tracks and optimize production
workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a music library of 2,000+ tracks, adding up to 100 new
tracks monthly
Develop and improve processes for production, distribution, and
library updates
Act as the primary liaison between production, distribution, and
stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a process organization role
(preferred but not required)
Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced features like
macros, scripts, and formulas
Familiarity with ChatGPT for task optimization and process
automation
Proficiency in Russian (essential for team communication)
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
