Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist responsible for
driving account renewals and ensuring a seamless customer
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Project manage the renewal experience in collaboration with
Customer Success Managers and Account Executives
Retain and increase subscription revenue by positioning multiyear
contracts and managing customer migrations
Create client proposals and contracts for existing customer
renewals while maintaining high on-time renewal rates
Required Qualifications
Experience in renewals, sales, or account management at a SaaS
company
Experience managing a book of business with SMB and Enterprise
Level accounts
Comfortable negotiating with procurement departments
High proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to work across
cross-functional teams
