Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Copilot Administrator to
manage and implement Microsoft Copilot for the State of North
Dakota.
Key Responsibilities
Act as subject matter expert for Microsoft Copilot
implementation
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft
Copilot
Manage and configure Microsoft 365 services for seamless
integration with Copilot
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a computer science field and one year of
experience with Microsoft Copilot or generative AI systems, or an
Associate degree with three years of related experience
Experience with Powershell, Python, Graph API, or other scripting
tools
Knowledge of automating tasks and analyzing data with Microsoft
services
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong customer service skills to support end users
