Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Contracts and Billing
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clean booking and deal closure, ensuring consistency
between contract briefs and data across systems
Create and manage client contracts and projects in the billing
system, including auditing existing contracts
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify and gather
information for new contracts and projects
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance,
or a related field
2+ years of experience in finance, purchasing, procurement,
operations, or a related role
Knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity services preferred
Proficiency in using CRM and PSA systems (e.g., Salesforce,
ConnectWise)
Proven experience in processing complex service contracts in a
fast-paced environment
