Weekly Hours:40Summary:Responsible for maintaining sanitary
conditions in the kitchen and pot & pan area. Performs a variety of
tasks to maintain the floors, walls, dishmachine, dishroom and
equipment in the kitchen. Assists material handler as
needed.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED
required.1-2 years food service experience in an institutional or
commercial setting preferred.Knowledge of use of chemical
sanitizer.Licensure, Registration, and/or CertificationMust have
Texas Food Handlers Card prior to employment.Card must be current
