In this role, you will:


Assist Customers: Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve account inquiries related to our electricity services.
Listen Actively: Understand customer concerns with patience and empathy, reflecting our caring value.
Provide Solutions: Utilize our clear policies and procedures to offer resolutions that align with our mission of delivering simple, affordable electricity.
Maintain Records: Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates.
Collaborate: Work creatively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction, contributing to a fun and innovative workplace.
Uphold Our Values: Demonstrate integrity and ownership in every interaction.


Qualifications:


1+ year of customer service
1+ year of call center experience
Strong communication, organizational, and empathy skills
High school diploma required (degree preferred)
