Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Business Solutions Specialist II
to provide comprehensive support in a virtual call center
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide support for business
process and technology issues
Conduct high-level training sessions for end users on various
applications
Maintain records of customer interactions and collaborate with
internal teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
Knowledge and experience in the Title Industry and Real Estate is a
plus
