for a skilled Desktop Service Technician to join our team and help
us maintain exceptional IT support and service for our employees.

8AM-5PMThis is an in person position in Fort Worth, TX. No remote
applicants will be reviewed. Responsibilities:
- Answer Help Desk line and email inquiries, promptly addressing
technical issues.
- Review, evaluate, and resolve incoming service requests.
- Provide desktop hardware and software troubleshooting over the
phone, in person, or remotely.
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot corporate
applications on both new and recycled hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop hardware issues down to the
component level and initiate repairs as necessary.
- Help maintain up-to-date corporate hardware and software
inventories.
- Perform user account administration tasks.
- Assist in analyzing data to predict future IT operations load
requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee non-complex IT projects.
- Train end users on proper desktop hardware and software
use.
- Prepare written and oral status reports on assigned
projects.
- Make recommendations regarding hardware and software
acquisitions to improve performance and service. Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not
required.
- 1-3 years of related professional experience in desktop
support.
- Experience working in multi-computer environments and handling
diverse technical requests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant hardware, software, and systems
tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assist
