Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support its Global Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

Consult on compensation policies, programs, and procedures focused on North America
Ensure consistent application of the global compensation philosophy across the company
Conduct market research and evaluate compensation frameworks, providing recommendations for competitiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of professional experience in an HR function or analytical environment
Knowledge of compensation and benefit practices
Prior experience with HR systems preferred
Strong technical and analytical skills
