A company is looking for a Construction Loan Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate construction loan documents and tasks
Monitor loan portfolio status and ensure compliance with investor timelines
Provide status updates and communicate with the construction and servicing teams

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Mortgage servicing experience
Experience with construction loans or builder processes
Understanding of residential construction and land development loans
Ability to work in a remote or hybrid schedule
