Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Service Resolution
Representative to handle patient billing inquiries and provide
excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
related to billing issues
Research and resolve patient billing issues while maintaining
compliance with policies and regulations
Document customer interactions and trends for further analysis and
liaise with collections as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a
healthcare setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a call center or with medical insurance/billing is
helpful
Knowledge of medical insurance terminology
Basic understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding is a plus
