Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to
assist with servicing clients by responding to inquiries about the
bank's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients by responding to inquiries regarding bank products
and services
Communicate with retirees and provide information or refer
inquiries for resolution
Perform administrative tasks and research to resolve client
inquiries
Required Qualifications
Experience in a client servicing environment, preferably with phone
support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to learn multiple computer applications
Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Spanish speaking skills are highly preferred
